Safety is our top priority. Our fleet is equipped with real-time GPS tracking, and every load is secured by professionals trained in handling event equipment, ensuring your items are always safe and monitored. Each vehicle carries £500K Goods-In-Transit insurance.

What is the process for booking your services? 

To book our services, simply email bookings@gaborlogistics.com with your event logistics needs. We aim to respond within 1 hour to discuss requirements, provide a quote, and detail the next steps. 

How far in advance should I book your services? 

We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability and optimal logistical planning. However, we strive to accommodate last-minute requests for emergency situations. 

What happens if there's a delay or issue during transport? 

Our proactive monitoring ensures we're always ahead of potential delays or issues. In any event, we'll communicate promptly and deploy contingency plans to minimise impact on your schedule.  

How is the cost determined? 

Our pricing is based on transport distance, equipment volume and weight, special handling needs, and any additional services required. We ensure our quotes are detailed and transparent. 

Can you transport oversized or unusually shaped items? 

Definitely. Our diverse fleet can handle oversized, heavy, or uniquely shaped items, tailored to meet the specific needs of your event.
